So, how did this political corruption come about? At what point in Elgana's history is this? After the Edgling's attack on the Third Ring, Kathula nearly go extinct. Then, the world of Elgana suffered from political corruption. The entire world is at stake, so what happened to the three other races during this tumultuous time?
Sorcerers in the World of Elgana are not your typical type. They might have magical potions but they don't use them? Is that true? So what is all this for? And they don't use magick daily? Really?
Teleportation magick is a common type of Sorcerer magick, however, not extremely convenient to use even if you can get from Point A to Point B fast. It's not like Star Trek's and not like wizards in Harry Potter.
Immortality or near-immortality can make characters sound quite invincible. If they heal fast or never get sick, how can anyone ever kill them? They sound much too powerful and you know what? I don't like invincible characters or beings that are all powerful and no one can EVER kill them off. That just sounds too convenient to have characters like that. It's like flawless characters. That's my personal opinion 😛 So what do I do? I come up with a way for Sorcerers to die.
